Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Work with the agency to establish and meet marketing goals
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life & recover from the unexpected

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal & listening
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Must be detail oriented
• Dedicated to customer service
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Applied Epic & Windows
• Pride in getting work done accurately & timely
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• No minimum revenue requirements for commission payouts
